Back in 2009, I was looking for a book that would be a positive guide about ageing and how to stay as young as possible for as long as possible. I couldn’t find one – so I wrote Too Young to Get Old. A decade on, I am obviously ten years older, and just as interested as ever in living actively and well for the foreseeable future. But there’s no doubt it becomes harder. People often ask me what I do to keep fit and healthy, so I decided that instead of trying to produce a new edition of the book, I would start doing video podcasts on the subject instead. There will be four in this initial series. And I hope you find something here that will interest and benefit you.
